A-DAPT Version 1.5.1.10

David Thorne

This update adds support for downloading videos from more than 1,200+ TV stations that are not supported by yt‑dlp.

Bug Fixes

  • Player – Vertical/Horizontal Flip
Exporting was not taking vertical/horizontal flips on its own, you needed to apply additional adjustments such as brightness/contrast.

  • Player – Copy to Clipboard
A border was being added to the Frame when using Copy to Clipboard.

  • Large Importing Sources – Access Denied
A-DAPT throws an access denied error for imports larger than 200 files.

  • Export – Metadata Sorting
When exporting metadata as XML or JSON, the sorting table at the bottom is invisible when user has a display resolution that is zoomed.

New Features

  • Video Downloader - Brute Force Handling
A new code logic was added to handle unsupported webpages (not handled by yt-dlp). This update adds support for Bitcentral's FUEL platform, which powers more than 1,200+ TV stations across the U.S. These stations include: nbcrightnow.com, khq.com, kulr8.com, kwwl.com, wishtv.com, kionrightnow.com, along with numerous NBC, CBS, and CW affiliates nationwide.

Because these sites are not yet supported by yt-dlp, Video Downloader now takes over processing and downloading from these platforms directly.

This update also introduces support for downloading videos from Substack.com and from sites powered by Nexstar Media Group, which operates more than 200 stations across 116 U.S. markets, reaching over 220 million people and serving 100+ media domains.

    Brute Force Notification

  • Scanning Page for Media Links
  • Player - Overlay Images
The Overlay flyout lets you place images directly on top of your video, making it easy to compare different sources against a region of interest without leaving the player.
